Cup cakes! (The Rutters and Tonki will understand)
Good grief. No Internet access for over a month. I ask you. We have now sacked off our old provider, and have gone all 'BT'.
Well, sad times are ahead. The Rutters leave for Canada very VERY soon. I don't like it AT ALL.
We have begun a long line of leaving parties, so that is good (at least). There was the day we all went shopping in London, and then had lunch, which turned into cocktails
David came to take Rebecca home. A wise move methinks...
I love this photo of me and Rutter
Beginning to look a little 'worse for wear' here
Ahhh. What fun times we have had.
I can't really imagine life without a regular dose of the Rutters. We have seen each other at around 3 times a week for the past 3+ years. There are a lot of happy memories. We particularly wanted to give Mabel a happy memory to remember us by, so we took her to a kids theme park for the day, followed by tea at McDonald's and then a sleepover at our house. Very fun. The Tonki came to the theme park too...
This picture (below) makes me cry..... it is off-centre because Harv and Mabel were careering around at the time
Mabel has a fantastic digital kids camera. Harvey now wants one (of course). To keep him quiet, we let him take some photos, and here they are
The day at the park exhausted Mabel and Harv so much, they were asleep by 9:30, a miracle, if you remember the last time Mabel stayed over.
The next day, they were up bright and early. Pancakes were made for breakfast, and into the garden they went. Then into a bush they went
Amabella Hebe Rutter, we will miss you so much. And Mummy and Daddy Rutter too, and certainly not forgetting Isadora Clemetine Rutter
Gotta go. Filling up....

Kay,wonderful blog! You girls certainly know how to party.....great photos. However, my very favourite is Harvey and Mable, oh wow isn't it just so special, that is going to be my screen saver for quite some time. To "The Rutters" have a wonderful life in Canada, it is a beautiful country. I have a feeling that it won't be long before everyone will be coming over to see you, seize the moment, have a truely wonderful life together.

Oh no I am going to cry.....what a lovely blog....and i actually look nice in most of the photos!!!!!!Thanks for the smoking one.....I am so easily led!!
We will miss you all very much but I'm sure after we have stayed at yours for three days you will glad to see us on that plane to Canada. Mabel tells me every day how much she loves the millers (Davin being the special one at the moment, sorry Donna you are in second place at the moment). I can't believe we are tearing them apart but just think how cute mabel will be with a canadian accent. Thankyou for all the special things you have done. I don't think we will ever meet another Kay Miller you are one in a million....and we love CUPCAKES xx

I feel terrible. Bare in mind its the night after our leaving do. So it might be all those cocktails last night, the sight of the love bean bag and its resident, Elton John being murdered by everyone but the trilling vocals of my best mate Joao, the awesome sax, guitar, and flute ensemble in the back garden, the fire, the stolen Prada Sunnies (steve had them, he steals things when drunk. You've been warned), the arrival or unexpected new guests in the middle of the night, waking up to see hung over Kay, McDonalds breakfast, a totally surreal day of just crying at the drop of a hat, but really I think I feel terrible because I just realised I was saying goodbye to genuinely the bestest crew I've ever hung around with. And if I've made any typos its cos I'm crying. So, in closing, Rebecca abandoned me and went to bed at 7pm, our house is still a bit trollied, we've got missing valuables (rebeccas bracelet. My money is on Steve), a most impressive pile of empty bottles. Seriously seriously big. And quite a lot of booze too...But on a plus note I just sold my TV. To Steve. At least he didnt steal it. I intend to have a couple of beers and try to sort my head, because like I said, I feel terrible. And I'm really really sorry. I feel like the Cup of Cup Cakes. But its cheap skiing. What can I say ;)
